Last Updated: February 1, 2026

Party Plug LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates PartyMusicPlaylist.com (the "Website" or "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our Website, create an account, use our services, or interact with us in any way. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account on PartyMusicPlaylist.com, we collect the personal information you provide during the registration process. This includes your full name, email address, and the password you create to secure your account. If you choose to upload a profile photograph, we will store and display that image in association with your account. For users who register as DJs on our platform, we collect additional professional information including your stage name or business name, biographical information describing your experience and style, your service area and geographic location, your areas of musical specialization and genres, pricing information for your services, portfolio materials including photographs, videos, and audio samples, and your availability schedule for booking purposes.

When you create events or playlists on our platform, we collect the event details you provide, including event names, dates, times, venue information, and any special requirements or preferences you specify. If you engage with our booking system to hire a DJ, we collect the details of your booking inquiry, your communications with DJs through our messaging system, and any reviews or ratings you submit after your event. When you make payments through our platform, we collect your billing address and the last four digits of your payment card for reference purposes, though complete payment card information is processed and stored exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe, and is never stored on our servers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access our Website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your interaction with our Service. This includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which helps us understand your general geographic location and is used for security purposes to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. We collect information about the web browser you use, including its type and version, as well as your operating system and device type. This technical information helps us optimize our Service for the devices and browsers our users prefer.

We also collect usage information that tells us how you interact with our Service. This includes the pages you visit, the features you use, the time you spend on various sections of the Website, and the sequence of your navigation through our platform. We record the dates and times of your visits, the referring website or source that led you to our Service, and the links you click within our platform. If you enable location services on your device, we may collect your precise geographic location to help you find DJs in your area; you can disable this feature at any time through your device settings.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

Our payment processor, Stripe, provides us with transaction confirmations and certain fraud prevention data, but we do not receive or store your complete payment card details. We may also receive aggregated, anonymized analytics data from our analytics providers that helps us understand overall usage patterns and improve our Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. Specifically, we use your account information to create and manage your account, authenticate your identity when you log in, and personalize your experience on our platform. We use event and playlist information to deliver the core functionality of our Service, enabling you to create and manage playlists and organize events. For DJ marketplace participants, we use profile information to display DJ listings in our directory, facilitate the matching of event hosts with appropriate DJs, and enable the booking and communication process.

We use payment information to process transactions, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate financial records. We use communication data to respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and send you service-related notifications about your account, bookings, or events. With your consent, we may also send you promotional communications about new features, special offers, or other information we think may interest you; you can opt out of these marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings.

We use technical and usage information to monitor and analyze trends, usage patterns, and activities in connection with our Service. This analysis helps us identify and fix technical issues, understand which features are most valuable to our users, and make informed decisions about future development. We also use this information to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other illegal activities, as well as to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and the public.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your information only in the limited circumstances described in this section.

Certain information is shared with other users of our platform as part of the Service's core functionality. DJ profiles, including names, photographs, biographical information, portfolio materials, reviews, and ratings, are publicly visible to all users browsing our DJ directory. When you submit a review or rating, it becomes visible to other users. In the context of our booking system, direct contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses is shared between event hosts and DJs only after a booking deposit has been successfully processed through our platform; this measure protects both parties and ensures the integrity of our marketplace.

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. Stripe, our payment processor, receives payment information necessary to process transactions and prevent fraud. Supabase, our database and authentication provider, hosts our user data and manages the authentication system. Resend, our email service provider, receives email addresses and message content necessary to deliver transactional emails on our behalf. Netlify hosts our Website and delivers our content through their content delivery network. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, or government requests. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property, protect the safety of our users or the public, investigate fraud or respond to a government request, or enforce our Terms of Service. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This helps us provide you with a better experience when you browse our Website and allows us to improve our Service.

Preference cookies remember your settings and choices, such as your preferred language or region, so that we can customize your experience when you return to our Website. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Website by collecting and reporting information anonymously; this information helps us improve our Website's structure and content.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer, though this may prevent you from taking full advantage of our Website. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The specific retention period depends on the context of our relationship with you and our legal obligations.

When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legitimate business or legal purposes. For example, we may retain transaction records for up to seven (7) years for tax, accounting, and financial reporting purposes. We may also retain certain information if necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect our legal rights. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be associated with you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and research purposes.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable data protection laws. We respect these rights and are committed to helping you exercise them. You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to receive a copy of that information upon request. You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we maintain about you. You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions that may require us to retain certain data.

You have the right to data portability, meaning you can request your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You have the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing of your personal information. Where we process your personal information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, though this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@partymusicplaylist.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to ensure we are providing information to the correct person. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days or within the timeframe required by applicable law. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you. You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you. You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to uses necessary to provide the services you requested.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services as a result of exercising your privacy rights.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as name, email address, and IP address; commercial information including transaction history and booking records; internet or other electronic network activity information including browsing history and interactions with our Website; geolocation data; professional or employment-related information for DJ users; and inferences drawn from the above categories to create profiles reflecting preferences and characteristics. To submit a CCPA request, please email privacy@partymusicplaylist.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing written authorization.

These individuals are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations. We conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in our systems.

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, such as if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised, please immediately notify us at security@partymusicplaylist.com. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
